Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

You retain ownership of everything you create with CVNutch — your resumes, cover letters, invoices, and any information you enter into them.

By using CVNutch, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You agree not to use CVNutch to create fraudulent documents, impersonate another person or business, or violate any applicable law.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to CVNutch's systems.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are subject to change with advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We aim to keep CVNutch available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

You may stop using CVNutch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

CVNutch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on CVNutch before they take effect.
