Document content: the details you enter into your resumes, cover letters and invoices, including work history, education, skills, and client billing details.
Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, which help us improve the product.

To provide and operate the resume, cover letter and invoice builders, including saving and retrieving your documents.
To authenticate your account, including sending one-time passcodes (OTP) for login and password resets.
To send transactional emails related to your account and, where you've opted in, product updates.
To monitor and improve the reliability and performance of CVNutch.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or document content.
We share data with service providers who help us operate CVNutch — such as hosting and email delivery — under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing that service.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of CVNutch, our users, or others.
4. Data retention
We retain your account and document data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual documents or your entire account at any time from your dashboard.
5. Your rights
You can access, update, export or delete your personal data from your account settings at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and hashed credentials — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on CVNutch before the change takes effect.
